What should I do?
So you have the cancelled passport that you applied for your visa with (with the corner clipped off, or the word cancelled written on it?), and also a new fresh passport, and youre asking whether its possible to have a visa added to a cancelled passport? The answer is of course no. You can present both passports when the US Embassy asks you to send yours in to have the visa added, but most likely they will reject your application. Visas which have not expired are valid for travel even if the passport holding them has expired due to age - You can still use them alongside your new passport. So next time, apply for a new passport once youve received your visa. I dont believe its possible to get a visa added to a clipped passport.
