What documents are required to renew?

I live in Arizona and fall under the Bangladeshi Consulate in Los Angeles. There are four Consulates General of Bangladesh in the USA- Washington DC, New Orleans, California (LA) and NY. 1. I downloaded the one-page MRP Renew Application Form (Consulate General of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Los Angeles, California) from the website and the Authorization Form to send my passport back to my US address using Mail-in service. 2. I also submitted a bank draft of $220 (Express) instead of the Regular $110. I am expecting my passport to be renewed in 34 weeks. 3. I called the embassy to make sure what other documents I have to submit. They told me to photocopy the first and last page of my passport and also send them either the Green Card or the EAD card with it. In addition, they asked me to send a passport size photograph with the application. 4. Finally, I went to USPS and used Express Mail with a Postage Paid Return Envelope to send my documents to the Consulate General in Los Angeles. You send an extra postage stamp so that the consulate can renew the passport and give it back to you. It cost me $51 (I could save money using a regular mail service with tracking). Preserve the bar codes for tracking. I have seen other people going directly to the Embassy in Los Angeles and then apply for it. I heard rumors that Express is always better than Regular. Cant confirm it unless I get mine back using in-mail service. I applied on 2nd Jan, 2020.
