My Indian passport has expired 30 years ago?

That is a long time ago and if your appearance has changed significantly in comparison to the picture in that 80s passport then you will need a counter signature other than that its a straightforward renewal as you have previously held one the Passport Office knows who you are so its not a first time application. I dont know what country youre from but this applies to anywhere. I imagine that youre going to have to get one of those pictures signed unless youre lucky enough to look exactly the same so bear that in mind. This is standard practice everywhere including any facial surgery that people might have, if you look considerably different from the previous passport picture you need a counter signature to stop fraud and imposters. You need to send in the old passport as part of the application, other than that fill out the form as a standard renewal including 2 pictures (one signed if necessary only you know that) Its not possible for you to select any other option in those boxes you tick other than replacement for a lost or stolen one or a renewal, you cant apply as a first time applicant youre exempt because you have previously held a passport. They might do extra checks because passports from that era had physical photos glued in, biometric modern passports didnt exist it was also relatively easy to swap pictures and stuff in them so theyll want to check that you are who you say you are as passports are valid for 10 years and you havent consistently renewed like most people do, its a big gap 30+ years so theyll just want to be happy that youre the same person but even though theres no time limit on renewal thats a long time ago and passports have changed so much since then.
