Can my USA visa be easily renewed having a daughter with a US?
There is no renewal of a US visa. You will apply for a new visa and will be assessed as per the visa applied and the circumstances at the time of application. Just the fact that your daughter is a US citizen is one isolated factor and nothing can be said just based on that. Why is your daughter a US citizen? Was she born in the US while you were visiting as tourists? Were you on a work visa or student visa in the US while she was born? Or did you have to give birth to her in the US because it was a medical necessity and was recommended by a doctor? That also plays a big role. If your daughter was born in the US while you were a tourist there, it would be harder to get a new non-immigrant visa as it would be harder to prove a non-immigrant intent. You would need stronger ties to your home country than if your daughter was not a US citizen. There are tonnes of other factors which would decide whether your visa will be approved on not. The only way to find out is to apply.
