Can I apply for Express Entry with an expired passport?
No, you cannot. You'll have to mention the date of issuance as well as the date of expiry, I believe. It's been more than 5 years since I have created EE Profile for my PR, hence I don't remember exactly; I don't think you'd be able to, with an expired Passport.
